FREEZE REQUESTS

Complete this form and our team will be in touch to confirm your freeze.

Eligible memberships may be frozen complimentary for up to a combined six (6) months per calendar year.

The following conditions apply:

    •    Freeze requests require at least five (5) business days advance notice.

    •    The minimum freeze period is two (2) weeks.

    •    Freeze requests cannot be backdated.

    •    Only one active freeze may be applied at a time.

    •    For commitment memberships, the membership term is extended by the length of the freeze.

    •    Any use of the club while the membership is frozen will reactivate the membership.

    •    A cancellation submitted while a membership is frozen will reactivate the membership and begin the applicable 30-day cancellation notice period.
